- Subscription and billing information: if you purchase a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe. We receive and store subscription status and related identifiers (such as Stripe customer/subscription IDs). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Communications: if you contact us or request support, we may collect the contents of your message and any information you choose to provide. We also send transactional emails (such as password resets).
- Usage and device information: when you use the Service, we may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and user-agent string, plus performance and usage metrics.
