These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Redstone Markets, Inc. website and web application available at redstonemarkets.com (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Redstone provides portfolio analytics, screening tools, and market data visualizations intended to help users explore and analyze financial information.

Not investment advice. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and for determining whether any strategy or transaction is appropriate for you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you will comply with all applicable laws.

3. Accounts and security

You may need an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals

Certain features may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processor, Stripe) to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and other charges to your selected payment method.

• Auto-renewal: subscriptions typically renew automatically until canceled.
• Cancellation: you can cancel according to the options provided in the Service. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
• Price changes: we may change pricing or plan features from time to time. If required, we will provide notice before changes take effect.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including attempting to bypass security features).
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by law.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service in a way that is not authorized by us.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, malware, or other harmful content.

6. Your content

You may submit content to the Service (for example, portfolio names, descriptions, and allocations). You retain ownership of your content. You grant Redstone a limited license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to provide your content and that your content does not violate law or infringe the rights of any third party.

The Service may rely on third-party services and data sources (for example, market data providers and payment processors). Third-party services may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to additional terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service and all information and content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any data is accurate, complete, or timely. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redstone Markets, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or, if you have not paid, $100).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice as appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
